We’re hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to join Rascal Republic, supporting Samara Lombok and Rinjani Bay, based in Sanur, Bali.

This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who can help keep the marketing engine running across both brands.

The role will support campaign planning, agency coordination, CRM discipline, performance reporting, lead tracking, sales materials, and day-to-day marketing execution.

We are looking for someone structured, organized, commercially aware, and comfortable taking ownership of the details.

A good fit would be someone with a solid marketing foundation who can follow through, work across teams, and improve the way we work.
