Villa Maintenance Technician
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or a similar position
Knowledge of general repairs and maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry
Experience and knowledge in swimming pool maintenance, including water treatment, filtration systems, equipment maintenance, and chemical balancing
Able to identify and solve problems efficiently
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Good physical condition and willing to work flexible hours
Basic English skills
