h-ati h-ati is a boutique travel advisory based in Kuta Lombok, operating under PT Authentic Travel Indonesia (PT PMA). We are looking for individuals who care about Lombok, want to work directly with international visitors, and are excited to show people what this island truly has to offer.
Travel Advisor Coordinator
Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
Good knowledge of Lombok Island, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
Confident, friendly, and comfortable interacting with people from different cultural backgrounds.
Curious and proactive in researching new places, experiences, and travel recommendations.
Comfortable using Canva and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
Interested in social media and content creation. Comfortable using a smartphone camera for simple content documentation.
Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain punctuality and professionalism at work.
Able to think quickly and solve problems effectively in dynamic situations.
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or related fields will be an advantage.
Admin Operations
Conversational English, comfortable having basic conversations with international visitors and willing to improve quickly.
Enthusiasm for Lombok tourism and curiosity about creating great travel experiences beyond the main tourist areas.
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work proactively in a small team environment.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Comfortable using Canva and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.).
Comfortable with social media and basic content creation using a smartphone.
Positive attitude, reliable, and responsible.
