What you'll do:
Monitor dan track daily sales performance (Sell-In & Sell-Out) of BA
Analyze performance od BA
Monitor and maintain stock availability in stores and ensure the consistency of Visual Merchandisong in all outlets.
Train and develop the BA team in selling skills and product knowledge.
What we look for:
Minimum high school diploma
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader Beauty Advisor
Proficient in MS Office and good understanding of personal grooming standards
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
Familiarity with the assigned area coverage and sales target achievement
Valid driver's license (SIM A/C)
Preferably living or domiciled in the assigned area.
Willing to travel outside the area as needed
