Mandalika Intercultural School (MIS) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our teachers and students in creating engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in classroom instruction and daily learning activities.

Support students individually or in small groups.

Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.

Assist with classroom management and student supervision.

Prepare learning materials, classroom displays, and teaching resources.

Support administrative tasks such as organizing materials and record keeping.

Supervise students during break times, school activities, and field trips.

Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff.

Follow school safeguarding and child protection policies.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Previous experience working with children or in a school environment is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Patient, empathetic, and flexible in supporting a range of student abilities.

Collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn.
