Restaurant Supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Strong understanding of overall restaurant operations, including service, kitchen coordination, and inventory management
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
Well-groomed, professional appearance with a positive attitude
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Good English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
Willing to work on an island
Preferably currently residing in Lombok
