STOREKEEPER & RECEIVING
Job Overview:
The Storekeeper & Receiving is responsible for managing and receiving, storage and issuance of goods in an efficient and accurate manner. This role ensures all deliveries all properly checked, documented and stored while maintaining optimal inventory level to support smooth operational activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect all incoming goods, ensuring quality and specifications match purchase orders and delivery notes
Coordinate with purchasing and relevant department regarding discrepancies or damage items
Ensure proper documentation of all receive items (GRN, Invoices, Delivery notes)
Maintain organized storage areas following FIFO and hygiene standards
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, slow moving and expired items
Issue goods to departments based on approved requisitions
Conduct reguler stock counts and inventory audits
Ensure proper labeling, storage and handling all of items to prevent loss and damage
Maintain Cleanliness and safety of the store area in compliance with company standards
Work closely with finance & cost control to ensure accurate inventory records
Qualification:
Indonesian citizen (WNI)
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role position in hotel, resort or restaurant
strong knowledge of inventory management and receiving procedures
Familiar with inventory systems or ERP
Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic Computer Skills (Ms Office)
Honest. Responsible & Diciplined
Good communication skills
Willing to be placed Central Lombok (Lombok Tengah)
