SENIOR HR GENERALIST
We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR professional to join our team and drive our people strategy while supporting day-to-day HR operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle end-to-end HR operations
Lead recruitment and manpower planning
Manage employee relations and performance
Oversee training, payroll, and compliance
Act as HR partner for management and operations
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
People-oriented with a strong service mindset
Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented
Willing to travel and handle multiple locations, including occasional visits to Gili Island, as required
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Law, or related field
3–5+ years HR Generalist experience (hospitality preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor law and hospitality operations
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
