Senior Butler
Senior Guest Services Agent
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
Ability to manage VIP arrivals, departures, and special requests.
Strong complaint-handling and service recovery skills.
Professional and discreet in dealing with residents and guests.
Familiarity with hotel systems and PMS (Property Management System), such as Opera, VHP, or similar systems.
