SALES SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, preferably in the FMCG, Beverages, or Alcohol industry

Strong understanding of market dynamics and trends within the MT/GT sectors

Experience in managing, motivating, and mentoring a team of sales representatives

Able to conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the MT/GT segment

Able to develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share, increase sales volume, and achieve business objectives

Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retail partners to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt effectively to change
