Job Summary
This Role is responsible for handling guest reservations, ensuring accuracy of booking information, and delivering a seamless experience from the first point of contcat.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role, peferably in a resort, hotel or villa environment
Strong communication skills in English
Familiraity with Hotelogix or other hotel reservation systems
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a frindly and professional attitude
Ability to work fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
