Research and Development Officer
We are innovating the future of agriculture through sustainable, seaweed-based solutions and are looking for a dedicated and hands-on R&D Officer to support our biosolutions innovation.
If you are passionate about sustainable agriculture, marine biology, and creating real-world impact from the lab to the farm, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct seaweed and cultivation research
* Work directly with the R&D Specialist to assist in laboratory trials, formulation, and new product processing
* Analyze laboratory results
* Create protocols for laboratory testing and pilot research
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marine Biology, Aquaculture, Agriculture, Agronomy, Biotechnology, or a related STEM field
* Previous hands-on experience in agricultural or aquaculture research and product development
* Experience in seaweed, fertilizers, or microbiology is a plus
* Excellent ability to conduct end-to-end research
* Strong interpersonal and initiative skills
* Holder of SIM A and SIM C
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
* Willing to be placed in Praya, Central Lombok, Indonesia, and travel to other regions for fieldwork
