PT Bamboo Lab Architect is a fast-growing architectural firm specializing in innovative bamboo design and construction. Based in Kuta, Lombok, we have set higher industry standards with our in-house bamboo treatment facility and expanded our portfolio from iconic bamboo structures to hospitality ventures.

Since completing our first restaurant project, Milky Wave, in 2022, we now proudly operate four restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, and Padu-Padu) and are developing a beach club, villas, and a boutique hotel in Kuta, Lombok.

About the role

As the Recruitment Officer, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting and selecting top talent to join our growing team in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This full-time position will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

What you'll be doing

Proactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and networking

Screen and evaluate applications to ensure candidates meet the required skills and qualifications

Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, conducting initial interviews and liaising with hiring managers

Facilitate the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization

Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and report on key metrics

Continuously improve recruitment strategies and practices to enhance the candidate experience

What we're looking for

2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the construction or hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
