F&B Assistant Operations Manager / General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join our team as an F&B Operations Manager / Assistant General Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hospitality, leadership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets
Optimize processes to improve efficiency and service quality
Manage resources, staff, and daily workflow
Ensure high standards of quality control and guest experience
Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals
Train and develop staff to maintain consistency and performance
Assist with menu planning, updates, and implementation
Monitor and maintain inventory levels
Support budget tracking and financial performance
Work closely with management to improve profitability and margins
Oversee day-to-day operations of Loka Cafe
Lead, support, train, and motivate the team
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in F&B or hospitality management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and operational standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for hospitality, service, and guest experience
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
Strong spoken English and clear communication skills
