We are looking for an experienced Operational Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations
Manage housekeeping, engineering, security, and inventory teams
Monitor budgets and prepare reports
Report directly to the owner/director
Maintain service quality and operational efficiency
Requirements:
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
Experience in hotel operations is preferred
Location: Kuta, Lombok Tengah
