OPERATION MANAGER
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as Operation Manager or similar position
Hospitality background is preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Able to manage daily operations effectively
Target and result oriented
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple units
Good understanding of operational systems in hospitality industry
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Able to read and understand company financial reports
Able to create operational and performance reports
