The Junior Sushi Chef is responsible for supporting the preparation and presentation of high-quality sushi dishes while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen efficiency. This role assists senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and ensures fresh ingredients are properly handled.

Requirements:

Male or Female

Minimum 1 year experience in Sushi Bar

Have good inspiration and creativity in dishes

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Honest, disciplined, and responsible

Friendly, well-presented, and professional

Must be able to speak English (entry level)
