Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lombok for a Human Resources Specialist. The HR Specialist will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, this role will involve streamlining recruitment processes, employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment to support the company’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management

Experience with HR Policies and understanding of compliance and labor laws

Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to employee relations

Familiarity with recruitment processes and team development strategies

Relevant certifications or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience working in real estate or development sectors is a plus
