HR Recruiter

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies

Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments

Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication

Maintain the recruitment database and ensure timely reporting

Support employer branding initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines

Strong operational management and coordination skills

Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, etc.)

Detail-oriented and well-organized

Placement:

Mataram and Jakarta
