We are hiring: HR Executive for Rinjani Bay, Sumbawa Barat.
This is a hands-on HR role for someone who wants to work close to the team and take responsibility for how HR runs on site.
You will work directly with the General Manager and leadership team in Kertasari, Sumbawa Barat, supporting recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee support, training, general affairs, HR reporting, and compliance.
This role suits someone who enjoys being visible on site, speaking with employees directly, following up issues early, keeping records clean, and making sure HR matters are handled properly.
We need someone who is comfortable working in an active site environment within a quieter Sumbawa setting, with the self-drive to stay focused, organised, and close to the team.
The right candidate will play an important role in shaping how the Rinjani Bay team works, communicates, and grows day to day.
