WESTERN CUISINE
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in Western cuisine.
Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques, ingredients, and plating.
Experienced in menu development, food costing, and kitchen operations.
Able to lead, train, and motivate kitchen team with strong leadership skills.
Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Able to work under pressure and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about food.
