Head Chef
1.Minimum 1 year in the same field
2.Able to operating VHP Sistem
3.Excellent In food Costing
4.Detail and good at estimating stock
4.Fluent in English either speaking and writing
5.Familiar with software (windows,Ms.word,Ms.Excel,Spreadsheet etc).
6.Strong working knowledge about food and beverage Product, in fast-moving environment
7.Strong leadership and competent in managing F&BP team
8.Good Problem analysis and problem solving
9.Have a good attention to details and keep time
10.Ready to work under pressure.
