Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the bar or coffee industry
Strong knowledge of coffee, cocktails, and manual brew
Strong leadership and team management skills
Understanding of SOP, stock control, and daily operations
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
High standards of hygiene and ability to work under pressure
