Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer, Customer Service Representative, Interpreter, or in a similar language-related role.
Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent grammar, writing, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in business, legal, or corporate translation is a plus.
