Minimum education SMA/SMK; Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage
1–2 years of experience in a similar position
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Friendly, customer-oriented, and has a positive attitude
Well-groomed, honest, and disciplined
Able to work well in a team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
