GENERAL AFFAIR GROUP LEADER

Responsibilities

Identify General Affairs (GA) licensing requirements (vehicles, accommodation/mess, canteen, and supporting facilities).

Process purchase requisitions (PR) for general operational needs.

Record and report fuel usage for operational vehicles on a regular basis, including driver activity logs.

Arrange business travel bookings (tickets and related arrangements) for employees.

Manage and regularly update office inventory data.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Management, Hospitality, Hospitality Management, Operations Management, or related fields

Minimum 2 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility Management, or Hospitality Operations (e.g., hotel, resort, lodging, or camp management)

Experience in hospitality operations (accommodation management, facility services, or support service management) is an advantage

Willing to be placed in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, with a site-based working arrangement
