Position:
Front of House Manager (Restaurant Operation Manager)
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Restaurant Operations / FOH Management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English
Able to handle daily restaurant operations efficiently
Strong understanding of customer service and hospitality standards
Experienced in staff scheduling, training, and performance supervision
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Honest, disciplined, responsible, and service-oriented
Familiar with POS systems and restaurant reporting
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Strong attention to cleanliness, service quality, and guest satisfaction
