Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Agent located in the Praya District. The Front Desk Agent will manage daily receptionist duties, provide outstanding customer service, handle guest inquiries, assist with reservations, and ensure smooth communication between guests and the team. The role requires a warm and professional demeanor to create a welcoming environment for all guests.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to assist guests effectively and ensure a positive experience

Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette to handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries

Experience with Reservations systems, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

A professional attitude and appearance, reflecting the exceptional standards of Cocoon Reserve
