About the role

Join Unreal Management as our Food and Beverage Manager based in the stunning Kuta, Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations for our property, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

What you'll be doing

Manage and mentor a team of food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and chefs

Develop and implement creative menus and drink offerings that align with our brand and customer preferences

Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control for all food and beverage operations

Ensure exceptional customer service across all dining outlets

Analyse sales data and identify opportunities to improve profitability

Collaborate with the broader management team to drive the overall success of the property

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in a food and beverage management role, preferably in the hospitality industry

Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team

Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis

Passionate about creating innovative food and beverage concepts
