About the role
As a full-time Driver Pengiriman at PT. SUKSES HARAPAN CEMERLANG', you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of packages and goods to customers within the Kota Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat region. This is a critical role that contributes directly to the success and growth of the company.
What you'll be doing
Operate company vehicles to transport and deliver packages and goods to customers in a timely and professional manner
Plan and optimise delivery routes to maximise efficiency and on-time performance
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including obtaining customer signatures and notes
Ensure the safe loading, handling, and unloading of all goods
Communicate proactively with customers and the logistics team regarding delivery status and any issues
Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance tasks to keep vehicles in good working condition
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies and procedures
What we're looking for
Valid driver's license and at least 2 years of experience in a similar delivery driver role
Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Physical fitness and stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
Knowledge of the local area and proficient in navigating the Kota Mataram Nusa Tenggara Barat region
