About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Marketing Strategist + SMM to join the growing PT Stay Gold Group' team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for devising and executing innovative digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, IG traffic, and lead generation for our clients. With a focus on social media marketing, and content creation, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's digital presence and achieving ambitious growth targets.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client needs and objectives
Manage and optimise social media channels to increase engagement, follower growth, and lead conversion
Create high-performing content (e.g. social media posts, blog articles, videos) to support digital marketing campaigns
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and off-page SEO activities to improve organic search visibility
Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices
What we're looking for
Demonstrable expertise in social media marketing, SEO, content creation, and digital campaign management
Proficient in using marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to measure and optimise performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner
Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the marketing/communications industry
