Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid media, social platforms, CRM systems and websites
Drive performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, with a focus on direct bookings and property sales funnels
Oversee digital campaign performance, analytics and reporting to ensure data-driven decisions and continuous optimization
Lead and mentor internal marketing teams while managing external agencies across multiple disciplines
Support international sales markets through targeted digital initiatives
Craft compelling luxury brand storytelling and lifestyle positioning to enhance brand identity and market presence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives
