About the role
We are seeking a talented Content Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sikara Lombok Hotel in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. In this contract role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content to showcase our stunning hotel and the breathtaking natural surroundings of Lombok. Your work will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and attracting discerning travellers to experience the beauty and serenity of our island paradise.
What you'll be doing
Capture visually striking photographs and videos that highlight the hotel's facilities, amenities, and the natural landscapes of Lombok
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that elevate the Sikara Lombok Hotel brand
Curate and maintain a comprehensive library of digital assets to support various marketing and advertising initiatives
Continuously monitor and analyse content performance to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in photography, videography, and digital content creation
Provide technical and creative guidance to internal stakeholders on visual content production
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a content creator or photographer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your artistic vision and technical skills
Proficiency in using a range of photography and video equipment, as well as post-production software such as Adobe Creative Cloud
Excellent eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling, with the ability to capture visually stunning and engaging content
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media trends, and how to leverage visual content to drive engagement and conversions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Passion for travel, hospitality, and the natural beauty of Indonesia
