We are looking for a passionate leader to fill the following position:
Loss Prevention Manager / Chief Security
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Law, or a related field preferred
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with working proficiency in English for guest and international team interaction
Security Supervisor License (Gada Pratama/Madya)
First Aid/CPR certification
Fire Safety certification preferred
Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control platforms, and electronic surveillance equipment
