We operates six restaurants (Milky Wave, Honey Jack, Ramen Otaku, Padu Padu, XENO Hub, & Kleo Beach Club), two villa complexes (enn Komorebi & enn Organic Village), and one fitness centre (XENO Fit), while maintaining an active pipeline of development projects across Kuta.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Brand Development Manager to lead the development of new hospitality concepts across hotels, spas, and restaurants. This role is responsible for creating unique brand identities, defining market positioning, and shaping end-to-end guest experiences that align with business objectives and market trends.

The ideal candidate has experience in launching hospitality brands from concept stage through pre-opening, with a strong understanding of branding, design, guest experience, and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Concept Development

Develop original concepts for hotels, spas, and restaurant brands

Create brand vision, mission, values, and storytelling

Define target customer profiles and market segments

Develop brand identity including naming, tone of voice, and positioning

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking

Identify hospitality, wellness, and F&B trends

Evaluate pricing strategies, target demographics, and market opportunities

Recommend strategic brand positioning

Guest Experience Design

Design end-to-end guest journeys across hotel, spa, and dining experiences

Develop service concepts aligned with brand identity

Collaborate on menu concepts, wellness programming, and guest touchpoints

Ensure consistency across all customer experiences

Creative Direction

Work closely with architects, interior designers, branding agencies, and creative teams

Guide design direction to ensure alignment with brand vision

Oversee development of logos, visual identity, packaging, uniforms, and brand assets

Pre-Opening Brand Strategy

Lead branding initiatives during pre-opening phases

Develop launch strategies, PR campaigns, and marketing plans

Support website development, social media strategy, and promotional materials

Cross-Functional Project Management

Coordinate with ownership groups, operators, consultants, and internal teams

Manage timelines, deliverables, and external vendors

Ensure smooth execution from concept to launch

Brand Performance Management

Monitor brand performance and customer feedback

Analyze guest reviews and brand awareness metrics

Identify opportunities to enhance brand value and profitability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, Branding, or related field

Experience in hospitality, wellness, luxury lifestyle, or F&B branding

Proven track record of launching new concepts or brands

Strong understanding of design, marketing, and customer experience

Excellent communication and project management skills

International hospitality experience is a plus
