Position: Bartender
Location : Captikus Bar
Job Description
Prepare and serve all beverages according to Captikus Bar standards and recipes.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and drink quality.
Ensure the bar area is always clean, organized, and hygienic.
Handle daily bar preparation including garnish cutting, restocking ingredients, ice preparation, and operational checks.
Monitor beverage stock, ingredients, and bar supplies.
Record stock usage and report purchasing needs to the supervisor or manager.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of all bar equipment.
Possess basic product knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and signature drinks.
Provide friendly and professional service to guests.
Take guest orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer questions regarding beverages and food items.
Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent service standards.
Help maintain a comfortable, fun, and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
Ensure all operational activities follow company SOPs and standards.
Responsible for opening and closing duties for both bar and floor service areas.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience as a Bartender or in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of basic cocktail-making techniques and beverage preparation.
Able to handle both bar operations and floor service efficiently.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and standard pouring.
Able to work quickly, neatly, and consistently under pressure.
Positive attitude, disciplined, honest, and responsible.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
Passionate about hospitality, nightlife, and guest experience.
Experience in bar or nightlife concepts is a plus.
