REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a bar management or supervisory role
Experienced in coffee making and barista operations
Skilled in coffee machine operation, calibration, and basic maintenance
Experienced in cocktail making and bartending
Able to lead, train, and manage a team
Strong leadership, discipline, and hospitality mindset preferred
