AREA SALES MANAGER
What you'll do:
Develop sales strategies to achieve regional growth targets
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team within the assigned area to ensure optimal performance
Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners
Monitor sales performance & report, market trends, and growth opportunities
Oversee and ensure effective execution of trade marketing activities
Manage inventory and product availability across the region
What we look for:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry
Proven ability to lead regional sales teams and deliver targets
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with the surrounding region market is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area
