ADMINISTRATION OFFICER WITH SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT

Lombok Expert is a professional company in Lombok specializing in property management, construction, investment, and travel services.

WORK SETUP
Standby Office: Ampenan, Mataram

4 days work from office (Monday – Thursday)
2 days work from home (Friday & Saturday)
Sunday off

SALARY & BENEFITS
IDR 2,500,000 during the training period (1–3 months)

IDR 3,000,000 and above + bonus system
(Based on skills, performance, and target achievement)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle daily administrative tasks accurately and on time
Manage documents, data entry, reports, and correspondence
Organize schedules, meetings, and calendars
Coordinate with team members and support cross-department activities
Support social media content preparation and scheduling
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
Ensure effective communication within the team and with clients
Able to work under pressure and achieve targets

REQUIRED SKILLS & TOOLS
MS Excel
MS Word
Canva
PowerPoint
Google Sheets
Google Drive
Microsoft Teams
Calendar management

Good command of English, both spoken and written
Willing to learn OTA (Online Travel Agent) systems
Able to work in different locations for meetings
Must have a personal laptop and vehicle for mobility
Transportation costs covered for work-related travel
Positive attitude, proactive, detail-oriented, and fast learner
Able to work independently and as part of a team

WHO WE PREFER

Male candidates are preferred, but female candidates are also welcome.

Must be resilient and able to handle dynamic workflows and occasional relocation between work locations
Comfortable working with male colleagues and within a team environment
