Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Eager to develop skills in operational management, including facilities, workforce coordination, risk management, and driving operational excellence

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Proficient in using Microsoft Office

Willing to travel for business trips within Gadai MAS operational areas outside the placement area

Willing to be assigned to all operational areas of Gadai MAS:
