🌴 We’re Hiring: Villa Supervisor – Kuta, Lombok Area
Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences?
We are currently looking for a Villa Supervisor to join our team in Kuta, Lombok.
This role is perfect for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys interacting with guests while ensuring smooth daily operations.
📍 Location: Kuta, Lombok
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the guest check-in and check-out process professionally
- Ensure a seamless and pleasant stay for all guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints effectively
- Coordinate with housekeeping and internal teams
- Maintain high standards of service and hospitality
Requirements:
- Based in Kuta, Lombok
- Background in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English
- Experience handling check-in & check-out
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Housekeeping experience is a plus
- Good communication skills and team player
