Trainer

Responsible for conducting regular training sessions for promoters across assigned stores, focusing on product knowledge (smartphones, tablets, wearables, and accessories), sales techniques, customer handling, and retail SOPs. Ensure consistent understanding of brand values and selling guidelines. Conduct monthly and quarterly assessments to evaluate promoter performance, knowledge, and sales competency, and provide feedback along with development plans for improvement. Monitor grooming standards and professional behavior to maintain brand image. Deliver training on social media etiquette and content creation to enhance brand visibility through live demos and story sharing. Gather and analyze competitor information to identify product advantages and generate training insights.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Business, or Management).

Minimum 2 years of experience in training; experience in the smartphone industry is an advantage.

Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.

Strong analytical, public relations, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in presentation techniques, including managing classroom and in-store training sessions, and conducting pre- and post-training evaluations.

Strong understanding of training methodologies, soft skills, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Skilled in conducting pre- and post-training evaluations.

Familiar with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, and VN.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
