Bamboo Lab Group is a growing group of companies operating across architecture, construction, and hospitality developments in Lombok, including restaurants, villas, beach clubs, and wellness facilities. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Legal Officer to support our legal operations and ensure compliance across our projects and business units.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and official correspondence

Handle business permits, licenses, and regulatory compliance for company operations

Coordinate with government institutions and local authorities when required

Provide legal advice and support for company projects and operational matters

Monitor legal risks and ensure company activities comply with applicable regulations

Maintain proper documentation and legal filing systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.)

Minimum 3 years of experience in legal, corporate legal, or similar role

Strong understanding of Indonesian legal regulations, licensing, and contracts

Good communication in English and negotiation skills

Ability to communicate in Bahasa Sasak is a strong advantage, especially when dealing with local stakeholders

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks

Willing to be based in Lombok

Able to join immediately is preferred
