- Spa & Wellness Manager

We are looking for a mature result-oriented leader who possesses a "sense of ownership" and the ability to thrive in an environment where "we don't do normal, just do it!"

Core responsibilities:

- The guest journey

Design implement comprehensive sops for the end-to-end guest journey, ensuring a unique and seamless wellness experience

- Product innovation

Manage and differentiate spa & wellness products and services to set a new benchmark in the luxury market

- Financial & admin mastery

Oversee all departmental administration including P&L management, financial reporting, and efficient staff scheduling stakeholders collaboration

- Collaboration

Maintain an open and proactive communicative line with owners, management, and internal stakeholders to align with the resorts vision

- Leadership

Lead, mentor, and inspire the spa & wellness team to achieve peak performance and service consistency

Requirements & qualifications:

- Wellness mindset

Deeply passionate about holistic health and wellness with a “can-do” attitude that fits our high-energy culture

- Proven track record

Minimum of 4 years of experience in established spa or wellness companies, specifically in Bali, Jakarta, or Surabaya

- Operational expertise

Strong knowledge of Spa / Wellness product management and service differentiation

- Ledership & finance

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage complex financial budgets and team dynamics

- Tenure
