Sol Spa is looking for a confident, organised, and friendly receptionist to join our growing team 💛

**Daily Responsibilities:**

• Greeting and checking in guests

• Checking out guests and handling payments

• Managing bookings (walk-ins, online, WhatsApp)

• Communicating clearly with international guests in English

• Explaining treatments and helping guests choose

• Upselling services and upgrades

• Coordinating with therapists to manage timing

• Preparing client forms and organising guest data

• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally

• End-of-day closing and cashing up

**Salary & Benefits:**

• Base salary: IDR 2,758,221

• Food allowance: IDR 500,000

• Monthly performance incentive (based on spa performance)
