Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Cook, Head Cook, or Cook (minimum 3 years)
Maximum age 30 years
Strong knowledge of Indonesian vegetarian cuisine
Able to work hands-on and lead by example
Honest, disciplined, and responsible
Able to manage kitchen flow during busy service
Strong leadership skills to lead the kitchen team
Focused on cost control and minimizing wastage
Able to contribute to the creation of new dishes
Good time management and consistency
Good preparation planning skills
Willing to work flexible hours and learn new menus
