About the role

We are seeking an experienced Security professional to join our team at Sikara Lombok Hotel in Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. As a contract Security role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and property. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a thriving hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

Monitoring and patrolling the hotel premises to identify and address any security concerns

Responding promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies

Controlling access to the hotel and managing the security of guest rooms and other facilities

Liaising with local authorities and emergency services as required

Maintaining detailed records and reporting on all security-related activities

Providing a friendly and professional presence to enhance the overall guest experience

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar security role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and authorities

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of security situations

Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently

Familiarity with security protocols, policies, and procedures

Commitment to providing a safe and secure environment for all

Note: Must be able to drive and hold a valid driver’s license.
