Sales Representative

Responsible for managing district sales performance by achieving sell-through targets, optimizing stock and dealer coverage, overseeing promoter recruitment and performance, analyzing market trends in smartphones and AIoT, and driving retail expansion and investment initiatives to strengthen overall retail presence and achieve top market positioning.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Business, or Management)

Minimum 5 years of experience with a proven track record in sales, preferably in Consumer Electronics, Telecommunications, FMCG, or other related retail sectors

Strong understanding of retail execution

Strong analytical skills for ROI and sales reporting

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Strong execution, monitoring, and improvement skills, as well as customer relationship management

Good communication and coordination skills

Detail-oriented and result-driven

Able to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams

Willing to travel for retail outlet visits
