Restaurant Supervisor
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hotel F&B operations
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position is an advantage
Experience in handling events, meetings, or banquets is a plus
Good command of spoken and written English
Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
Hands-on and willing to be involved in daily operational matters
Strong leadership and communication skills
Well-organized, able to work under pressure, and service-oriented
Able to build relationships with guests and corporate clients
Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and event-based schedules
