We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations while continuously improving performance, service quality, and profitability across our restaurants.
This is not only an operational role — we are looking for someone who can identify problems, implement solutions, and drive the business forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations across one or multiple locations
Lead, train, and motivate teams to maintain high performance
Ensure excellent customer experience and service consistency
Monitor and improve operational efficiency and workflow
Control and optimize food cost, labor cost, and waste
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
Work closely with ownership to improve overall business performance
Performance Focus (Very Important):
Increase revenue and customer retention
Improve staff productivity and reduce inefficiencies
Maintain strong cost control (food & labor)
Continuously improve service standards and guest experience
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to take initiative and drive improvements
Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus)
